Rates and Availability
Warrenville residents can rent the facility for a $150 deposit (which is returned if the facility is clean and undamaged at the end of your event), and $150 for a four-hour event. The Warren Tavern may be rented by contacting Barb Thornbury of the Warren Tavern Preservationists at warrentavern@att.net (630)393-4001.
Fee Categories: 4 hour rental includes: Warren Tavern, setup and takedown by renter/caterer; the use of five (5) 4’ square poly tables, and three (3) 5’ rectangle poly tables, two (2) wood tables, one (1) wood drop leaf table (seats 4 ea); and 50 plastic folding chairs. In order for your event to run smoothly, all additional equipment, such as linens, china, glassware, flatware, as well as additional chairs and tables (beyond what is available at the Tavern) must be rented through, and set up by, your caterer.
1 - Tax Supported Agency; i.e. Park District, Library – No fee
2 – Not for Profit Organization – No Fee, Must provide 501 C-3 letter
3 – Individual Rental:
Option 1: Pay per hour $45.00 (MINIMUM 4 HOURS $180.00). Must include hours necessary for set-up, take-down and clean-up for your event.
Option 2: Entire Day Rental. (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM) $300.00.
Additional Add-Ons:
Early Access Set-Up (if available) 6PM night before $50.00.
Late Check-Out (if available) next day by noon $50.00.
3 Pub-Height (43” high) circular tables: $100.00.
3 White table coverings for Pub-Height tables: $60.00.
Applications for multiple meetings must be received 60 days prior to first meeting and will be reviewed at the next board meeting.
